Acceptance of Terms of Use

By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the cp502 platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be fully bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must refrain from using the cp502 platform.

Continued use of the platform following any amendment to these terms constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. It is the user's responsibility to check this page periodically for the latest changes.

Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities

To access the full range of cp502 services, you are required to register an account using accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Each user is permitted to hold only one active account. Creating multiple accounts under the same identity may result in the suspension or termination of all associated accounts without prior notice.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. cp502 recommends using a strong password and enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) to enhance account security. Any activity that occurs through your account — whether carried out by you or by a third party as a result of your negligence — is entirely your responsibility.

If you suspect your account has been compromised or accessed without authorisation, please contact the cp502 support team immediately at [email protected].

Platform Usage Rules & Prohibited Conduct

Cp502 platform users are required to comply with all usage rules set out herein. Any violation may result in temporary suspension or permanent termination of the account.

Deposits and withdrawals are processed through approved payment methods, including local e-wallets. cp502 is not responsible for any delays or transaction failures caused by third parties such as payment service providers or financial institutions.

Users are advised to review all transaction details before confirming. Once a transaction is confirmed, it cannot be reversed except under specific circumstances approved by cp502. Any transaction disputes must be reported within 30 days of the transaction date.

Limitation of Liability

Cp502 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of funds, data, or business opportunities. cp502's maximum liability to any user shall not exceed the total amount paid by that user to the platform in the 30 days preceding the claim.
